Tasting Notes

This wine is a blend from all eight blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon from the property, along with some Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The nose starts with floral hints of violets and roses. There is a nice mix of fruit aromas including blackberry, cherry and blueberries. Also exhibits some nice spice and sage characteristics.
Mouth: The front fruit flavors highlight a nice mix of blueberries, cherries and blackberries with some floral note, (think rose petals). There is a nice sense of weight and texture over the whole palate. A balanced acidity level with nice, fine grain tannins that provide structure and a long enjoyable finish.
